Project Finance

The viability of a project is governed by the capacity to evaluate, minimise, contain and transfer the risk.

Our approach, implemented in strict collaboration with the Project Developer, includes:

•    Collection and analysis of all documentation and identification of its impact on the insurance program

•    Definition of an insurance program compatible with the obligations set out in the various Contracts

•    Negotiation with the insurance market, recommending the Insurance Companies which present the best conditions and establishing the best contract wording

•    Study the impact of clauses which may be negotiated on international markets, evaluating their implications in accordance with Portuguese legislation

•    Maintaining dialogue with the insurance consultants appointed by the other parties involved in the project

•    Assisting in the event of a loss, aiming at a quick and fair settlement of the indemnities
